Brandon is a recognized leader in innovative insurance business services for emerging markets. He started AIG’s global micro- and mass- insurance with major propositions in Brazil (Garantec) and India (Cattle insurance). He led Zurich Insurance’s global Emerging Consumer division to major launches in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, establishing a major legacy of growth and profitability at both companies.
Renata started her career at GE Capital in Brazil, and later had senior roles in Garantec, Unibanco AIG and Zurich Insurance. Renata brings unsurpassed experience in project management, operations, customer care and IT development to deliver reliable high-volume, low-cost administration.
Alex leads Stonestep's SE Asia and Myanmar operations. He previously designed a Smartphone Accidental Damage and Handling program in Ghana for a leading mobile network operator. Prior to Stonestep, he project managed utility-scale solar energy projects in San Diego California for a division of Toyota.
Allan is Senior Accredited Actuary from Brazil, bringing over 20 years’ experience in innovative product development for emerging markets. He has had senior roles at AGF Allianz Group, Unibanco AIG and most recently Zurich Brazil Seguros, where he was head of their Consumer Products division.
Ronaldo is both an underwriter and operations expert with specific experience in Accident & Health and Travel products in Brazil. He joins Stonestep from AIG & Starr Companies, where he ran their Brazilian A&H Division. A keen advocate of responsive customer experience, he believes in both preserving and enhancing the consumer’s and society’s well-being.
